|1½ lbs ground chicken||½ cup TFC Organic Chicken Bone Broth|
|1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped; or 4 cups spring mix salad||1 tbsp butter or coconut oil|
|1 tsp dried thyme||½ tsp turmeric|
|1 tsp black pepper||¼ tsp allspice (optional)|
|½ cup diced shallots|
Melt butter or coconut oil in a skillet on low heat.
Add spices and shallots, and heat on low until the shallots are translucent.
Add bone broth and sea salt; turn the heat up to medium, simmering until broth has reduced by half. Add the ground meat to the skillet; set the burner to medium low. Break up the burger so that it's in small chunks. This will allow it to cook very fast - it will likely only take about 3-5 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce.
Prepare a bed of lettuce on each plate. Once the meat is done, take it off the burner and scoop some on top of the lettuce on each plate.
