Classic Bone Broth Chicken & Vegetable Soup Recipe

48 oz The Flavor Chef Chicken Bone Broth 2 tbsp coconut oil
1 large yellow onion, diced 2 carrots, diced
2 to 3 celery stalks, diced 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 lb cooked chicken meat, diced 1 zucchini squash, diced
½ lb peas, frozen ¼ cup fresh parlsey, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a 4 quart sauce pot on medium to high heat, add the coconut oil and onions. After a few minutes, add the minced garlic and, a few minutes later, add the carrots and celery. Sauté until well combined and the carrots and celery change color. Next, add in the Organic Chicken Bone Broth and bring to a brief simmer. Now, add the diced zucchini, fresh cooked and diced chicken meat, frozen peas, and any additional cooked grains or noodles (if using them). Bring the soup back to a brief simmer and season with salt and pepper. Turn the soup off and allow to cool slightly. Ladle out in bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
