Classic Bone Broth Chicken & Vegetable Soup Recipe
|48 oz The Flavor Chef Chicken Bone Broth||2 tbsp coconut oil|
|1 large yellow onion, diced||2 carrots, diced|
|2 to 3 celery stalks, diced||4 cloves fresh garlic, minced|
|1 lb cooked chicken meat, diced||1 zucchini squash, diced|
|½ lb peas, frozen||¼ cup fresh parlsey, chopped|
|sea salt, to taste||ground black pepper, to taste|
In a 4 quart sauce pot on medium to high heat, add the coconut oil and onions. After a few minutes, add the minced garlic and, a few minutes later, add the carrots and celery. Sauté until well combined and the carrots and celery change color. Next, add in the Organic Chicken Bone Broth and bring to a brief simmer. Now, add the diced zucchini, fresh cooked and diced chicken meat, frozen peas, and any additional cooked grains or noodles (if using them). Bring the soup back to a brief simmer and season with salt and pepper. Turn the soup off and allow to cool slightly. Ladle out in bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
