That got Chef Lance thinking, why not do this with our luxurious Coconut, Ginger, Mint, Lemon, Chicken Bone Broth Soup?! As you'll see below, it is super simple. With a little spice, some extra coconut butter, and a touch of sweetener we will successfully create an incredible tasting, nutritionally dense, digestively powerful substitute for the coffee house pumpkin spice latte.

Pumpkin Spice Bone Broth Latte with Coconut Milk and Cinnamon


10 oz The Flavor Chef Coconut, Ginger, Mint, Lemon, Chicken Bone Broth Soup1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix (usually contains cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, clove)
1 tbsp coconut butter1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup, or desired amount of stevia)


Directions:

Bring the Coconut, Ginger, Mint, Lemon, Chicken Bone Broth Soup to a brief simmer. Sprinkle in the pumpkin spice mix (or use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and clove). Drop in the coconut butter, ghee, and honey (or alternative sweetener). With a frother or immersion blender, begin frothing the soup to a nice whip. This can also be done in a stand up blender. Once the mixture is whipped, pour into a hot mug and enjoy!
