Roast Chicken Legs with Tamari Honey Glaze

TAMARI HONEY GLAZE:
1 cup tamari 1 cup honey
6 cloves garlic, minced 1 inch ginger, grated or minced
4 tbsp coconut aminos
ROAST CHICKEN LEGS:
2 lbs chicken legs (or more) 1 cup The Flavor Chef Organic Chicken Bone Broth
sea salt, to taste granulated garlic, to taste
granulated onion, to taste granulated or powdered ginger, to taste

TAMARI HONEY GLAZE:

Place all ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a rapid boil. Turn the heat down to a simmer and reduce by half, about 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat. Reserve the glaze.

ROAST CHICKEN LEGS:

Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place the legs in a roasting pan and add the Organic Chicken Bone Broth and seasonings. Place in the oven and allow to cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until about 75% cooked.
Remove from the oven and baste the chicken legs in the glaze. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then, stir the legs to coat evenly and then cook the chicken legs until they are sufficiently cooked and the glaze has a chance to bake onto the chicken legs. Remove from the oven and serve.

Bon appétite!
