This is a light, slightly sweet smoothie that's easy on the digestive system. It makes a great breakfast when your appetite is light and you don't want something heavy in your system. It also makes an ideal snack for late afternoon, when you're hungry and want something to tide you over till dinner, but don't want to ruin your appetite. The spices are good for balancing blood sugar, improving digestion, weight loss, eye health, fighting fungal and bacterial infection, heart health, regulating cholesterol, and reducing inflammation.
